Put some spring in your step and your throttle linkage! Replace your old, corroded, stretched out Throttle Linkage Spring with a brand new one from 2002s Only. These are exact replicas of the OEM version with some improvements (Number 10 in the parts diagram). The springs are made from piano wire for longevity, are heavily zinc plated, and then heated to remove hydrogen trapped in the plating process (the heating step is called de-embrittlement). The OEM versions are bare metal with an oil coating that eventually washes off allowing the springs to rust and weaken.
